At Tspinners, we recognize that you may occasionally need to update or cancel your order. Please carefully review the following guidelines:

Order Cancellations & Modifications

• To cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing it.

• This limited grace period allows us to accommodate changes before your order enters the fulfillment process.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation:

• Submit your request through our contact us page.

• Alternatively, email us directly at [email protected] within the 4-hour timeframe.

Please note that after 4 hours, your order may have already been processed or shipped, and we will be unable to cancel or modify it.

Shipping Address Accuracy

• Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

• Tspinners is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

• We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped.

• If a package is returned due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.
