  • Local Postal Services: Utilized for last-mile delivery in certain regions to ensure timely and efficient service.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time).

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Holidays: We do not process orders on the following U.S. holidays:

    • Memorial Day

    • Independence Day

    • Thanksgiving Day

  • Please allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. Tracking details will become available once scanned.

  • If your order surpasses the estimated arrival date, please contact us for assistance.

5. Personalized Orders

For customized items, additional time is required for our designers to complete your request. The design time varies based on the complexity of your customization.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Service Area: We currently ship within the continental United States only.

  • Excluded Regions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Importance of Correct Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Consequences of Incorrect Address:

    • Orders with incorrect or missing information may be delayed.

    • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to the sender.

    • Returned orders will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and may be disposed of.

    • A re-shipping fee will apply to orders returned due to an incorrect address.

    • We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse.
